Reap Africa Initiative is an Agricultural focused Non-Governmental Organization designed to lead an Agricultural Revolution in Africa by empowering and mentoring a new crop of innovative farmers. The organization is inviting applications urgently from suitably qualified and eligible applicants for appointment into the following positions in their Business/Training Centre located in Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria.

  1. OFFICE ASSISTANT/CLEANER.
    Job Description: The candidate will maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the office. This include making sure that all offices and entrances are kept clean on a daily basis. Preparations and serving of refreshment when there are visitors or as the need arises. Running of office errands. Assist with photocopying of documents and other tasks when requested.
    Starting Salary: N120,000:00 PA
    Qualifications/Experience:
    i. The candidate should possess at least SSCE
    ii. Proven working experience as a cleaner.
    iii. High level of integrity, obedience and trust worthy.
    iv. Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask.
    v. Good interpersonal skills
    vi. Ability to work with minimum supervision
  2. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE SECRETARY.
    Job Description: The ideal candidate would be required to perform day-to-day administrative and secretarial duties such as managing clients calls, appointments and all correspondences. The officer will be responsible for the drafting and typing of office documents. The officer will be responsible for the smooth and efficient administrative task of the organization.
    Starting Salary: N240,000:00 PA
    Qualification/Experience:
    i. Candidate should possess OND, HND or BSc in any discipline, preferably secretarial related discipline.
    ii. Proficiency in computer applications.
    iii. Exceptional documentation skills for record keeping.
    iv. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    v. Very fluent in English and Hausa Languages
    vi. Ability to read and write both in English and Hausa Languages
    vii. Previous work experience would be an advantage.
    viii. Able to pay attention to details.
  3. TRAINING FACILITATORS
    Job Description: The candidate will be required to prepare, coordinate and evaluate educational programs of the organization. Designing of training modules and manage e-learning courses. Enrich courses with visual aids to engage trainees. Measure outcomes from trainings.
    Starting Salary: N300,000:00 PA
    Qualification/Experience:
    i. The Candidate should possess at least HND/BSc in relevant field.
    ii. Fluent in Hausa and English Languages
    iii. Ability to translate between Hausa and English Language
    iv. Ability to teach in interactive and easy to understand approach
    v. Previous experience as a Training Facilitator or in a similar role.
    vi. Ability to complete full training cycle (access needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
  4. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER.
    Job Description: The ideal candidate will be expected to execute strategies to achieve the objective of the organization. In coordination with the Managing Director, the BDO will be responsible for development of business plans/proposals for new and existing clients. Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients. Perform research to identify new opportunities. The officer monitor to strict compliance to duty of subordinate staff in the organization.
    Starting Salary: N360,000:00 PA
    Qualification/Experience:
    i. Minimum of BSc/HND in marketing, finance, accounting or related discipline.
    ii. Previous years of working experience in a business role would be an advantage
    iii. Good leadership skills
    iv. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    v. Proven managerial and interpersonal skills
